SPECIAL MODEL 
CNC Transfer Machines, is designed to meet the requirement in processing especially in the machining of your mass production parts such as automotive, gas armatures, plumbing equipments, white goods and furniture accessories, in the processing free from manuel feeding and control errors, with robotic performance support, removing swarfs within narrow tolerances and high precision. In addition, it is possible to provide ease and quality control in the transition from piece to piece with the adaptation of high-tech smart cameras to the system. These CNC Transfer Machines, which are operated with single or double robots, are especially used in the machining of parts under 2 kg and more than one million pieces produced annually.
These machines, in direct proportion to the shortness of the process time of the parts, allow you to reduce your part production costs with an extra capacity from 25% to 200% compared to a transfer machine fed by the personnel and to produce more parts with the same number of machines. It pays off its own costs in a period that can be considered more efficient and economical, especially by providing significant capacity increases in 24-hour working periods.
Moreover, thanks to its compact dimensions, only Kes-Tech’s special design advantage allows our customers with limited production space to save up to 50-200% of their competitor machines. Thanks to its unit structure driven by absolute servos, its turret with High Speed Cyclo Technology, coupled with COGNEX Smart Cameras, it can perform processes such as position, weight and dimension control of the parts. This model stands out with its features that enable automation combined with Mitsubishi 6 Axis Robots with single or double use, enabling high-capacity and controlled production free from human errors and capacity.
These models can be produced options such as single or double robot, with or without camera, fully automated silo feed, vibratory-feed or sliding table mechanism, vertical or horizontal axis, drum with 2-18 stations, 2 units to 45 units, 5 axes to 200 axes. It is able to meet all kinds of needs that are compatible with mass production parts of any form with almost all kinds of raw materials such as casting and forging states of raw materials like steel, brass, stainless steel, aluminum etc. In addition, it has a much less space requirement and its calibration requirement has been minimized thanks to its machine that has been completely developed by Kestech and its design that brings the robotic structure onto a single chassis.
